Fred T. Foard High School is governed by the NCHSAA and is
part of the 3 A Western Foothills Athletic Conference.
We offer 24 athletic programs for men and women and during all seasons, many of which have earned state and regional titles.
Our mission is to foster educational-based athletics that transcend the field, empowering our athletes to become exemplary citizens of the future. Through sports, we aim to instill values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience, guiding our students toward academic success and lifelong character development. Our commitment lies in cultivating not just athletic skills, but also shaping individuals to positively impact society, carrying forward the spirit of sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership into their futures.
